Downtown Living - A Kalamazoo Apartment Guide

Harrison Circle Apartments

Scheduled to open in September, the Harrison Circle Apartments will bring affordable living to Kalamazoo’s River’s Edge district. Its 80 apartments will range from 550 to 1,143 square feet. September is right around the corner, so be sure to join Harrison Circle Apartment’s waiting list if you are interested in applying.

The Creamery

Located in the Edison neighborhood, The Creamery provides an additional affordable living option. Amenities include in-unit washers and dryers, Energy Star appliances, central air, fiber internet access, indoor bicycle storage, on-site management, and more. Families living in The Creamery can take advantage of the YWCA Children’s Center on the first floor.

180 East Water Street

Move-in ready this summer, this mixed-use development will offer 45 high-quality apartments at affordable, market, and premium rates. In addition to living spaces, this building will also be home to organizations including Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, Southwest Michigan First, Community in Schools, and The Kalamazoo Promise.
